When you buy from madeinnigeriamarket, we want to make you completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund, when within the refund period.

 

Before returning, please take time to contact our Customer Service (email address: contact@madeinnigeriamarket.com) and read our return policy carefully. 

 

30 Days Return Warranty

Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, a wrong size or a wrong product, please contact us immediately at our customer service email.

Steps to contact us:

Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail ( return reason) along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

 

Our Solutions:

1. Our company's issue

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will offer you a refund or resend for free a replacement at our expense.

 

2. Customer's responsibility

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can allow a return too.

 

In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees or administrative fees are non-refundable. 

 

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

 

Resending or return shipping handing fee will be made at your own cost. 

 

Additional notes about Warranty

 All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with relevant details and forms. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. 

 

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.  

 

TIPS: Write your order number on the package you are retuning, for instance, # W94884 and the item Quantity, item number to make your package recognized quickly and we can refund money to you as soon as possible.

 

Madeinnigeriamarket reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.  

 

REFUND

How do I return an item?

To set up a return, contact us and provide us with order details to enable us advice further.

Please note: Items must be sent back within 7 days of their delivery to be eligible for a refund. If possible, please use original packaging. 

 

My item arrived Damaged/Defective

We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. To report a damaged or defective item, contact us with details of the transaction.

 

I received an incomplete order

If you’re missing an item, it’s possible that not all of them have shipped, or that they’re being shipped from different warehouses. Email us to enable us investigate and advice accordingly.

 

I received the wrong item

To report an incorrect item, email us your order details to enable us investigate and advise further.

 

RETURN PROCESS

If you would like to return an item, please contact us with the following details: your: order number, name, address and a brief reason why you want to return the item.

 

If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email containing a confirmation code and the return address. Please print this email and include it with the item when returned. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

 

We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 7 working days. The item needs to be returned to the store in its original packaging.

 

 How can I cancel my Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please use the contact form to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
